About

I grew up around a small family business and learned early that the spreadsheet and the shop floor are the same problem seen from two ends. My first company was a logistics tool that I ran for six years and sold to a larger platform; the second is still going, and I’m no longer the one running it day to day. These days I write a little, advise a handful of teams, and put small cheques into companies I’d be happy to work at myself.

I take a small number of advisory roles each year and prefer to go deep with a few founders rather than shallow with many. If we’re a fit, you’ll know fast.
