A bright, near-empty movement studio with morning light across the floor

Move · breathe · rest

A small studio built around three practices, taught in week-long arcs. Come for one, stay for all three — mats, props, and tea are provided.

Breathwork

The week opens with breath. Long, slow sessions to down-shift the nervous system and find the bottom of an exhale — the part most of us skip. No incense, no chanting unless you want it; just careful, repeatable mechanics you can take into a hard meeting or a sleepless night. Beginners welcome, and the room stays small so no one disappears at the back.

Strength & form

Midweek turns to slow strength — controlled, unloaded movement that builds the deep support most workouts miss. Expect to move at half the speed you think you should, and to feel twice as much. Modifications are offered for every position, and progress is tracked over the arc, not the class.

Rest & stillness

The arc closes in stillness — a long, supported wind-down that teaches the body how to actually stop. Bolsters, blankets, and as little instruction as possible. Most people fall asleep at least once, and that is allowed. If you would like to know when the next arc opens, leave your email below — a note with it is welcome but never required.
