Raised vegetable beds and a bean trellis in a shared community garden at dusk

Trellis

A small kitchen garden on Marlow Lane, tended by the people who live around it. We hold a dozen raised beds; when one frees up between seasons, the next name on the list gets it. There is no fee to wait — only a promise to turn up and grow something.

When a bed opens

Leave a name and an email and we will write to you the moment a plot comes free — usually once or twice a year, at the turn of spring or after the autumn clear. You will get the bed number, a sketch of the site, and a fortnight to claim it before it passes to the next person. We never sell or share the list, and one reply unsubscribes you for good.

You are on the list

Thanks — your name is in the book by the shed door. We will be in touch when the next bed is ready, and not before then. In the meantime the gate is open most Saturdays if you would like to come and have a look around.
