Dorian Vex

Motion & 3D designer making title sequences, product films, and the odd thing that moves on a wall.

The work

I design and direct motion for film, broadcast, and brands — usually from the first frame to the final render. Most projects start as a look: a few stills, a palette, and a sense of how the thing should move before a single keyframe is set. From there it is a tight loop of animatics and look-dev until the piece feels inevitable rather than assembled. I work solo on smaller commissions and pull in a small bench of animators and compositors when a job needs more hands, so the people who pitched your project are the ones who finish it.

Capabilities

A short list of what I take on. Most engagements combine two or three of these rather than one in isolation.

  • — Title sequences & broadcast design
  • — Product & explainer films
  • — 3D look development & rendering
  • — Realtime & installation pieces

If what you need is not on the list but lives nearby, send it anyway — the interesting briefs rarely fit a menu, and I would rather hear the actual problem.

Elsewhere

New work and tests go up first on Instagram and Behance; the longer cuts live on the reel. Email is the surest way to reach me.
