A standing table, by invitation
One long table, one seating, the second Sunday of every month. The menu is whatever the market gave us that week and is never written down twice. We hold a handful of seats for the list, drawn at random the Monday before, and a note goes out only if your name comes up.

Your name is in the hat. There is nothing more to do for now — no payment, no confirmation to chase. If you are drawn for the next seating you will hear from us by the Monday before, and if not your name simply rolls over to the following month. You can step off the list at any time from the foot of that note.
